MODELS, PHOTOGRAPHERS & SPONSORS

MODELS: Women of Color of all orientations/sizes are promoted and featured. (This includes WOC Mix-race identified.) In January 2009  we will be seeking experienced Fine Art Models or Community Models to volunteer model for our project.

If a Women of Color is interested in modeling for this Volunteer project please, read our statement first and if you agree with what we are about, please send me the following information to: E-mail

1) Recent full–bodied .jpg or .gif image in web resolution or your website link.
2) Introduction/Biographic statement 5 lines max.
3) Why you wish to participate in this project.
4) Your previous modeling experience.
5) Racial identification/Gender identification.
6) You will be considered after you have a personal interview with Ms. Heart and the prospective photographer.
7) You will be required to sign a model’s release to be signed prior to your photo session.
8) You must be 18 years old and have identification.
9) The model will provide clothes, accessories, costumes and make-up/hair.
10) Please include email addresses and telephone number and the best time to contact you.
11) Note: The model is not required to reside in the Bay Area. Not all submissions are accepted. This will depend of the availability of a photographer. Models are welcome to introduce a new photographer for consideration. If the work is in keeping with our vision then you can arrange to model with that photographer then submit the images.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS: All Communities welcome
January 2009 All communities Welcome. We are currently seeking Professional Fine Art Photographers to join our project.

The volunteer photographer does not have to reside in the Bay Area and can be either gender or racial makeup.

1) Please send us a link to your professional website, which should include your personal statement and biographical information.
2) Why you wish to participate in this project and what might your contribution to the project.
3) Please include email addresses and telephone numbers and the best time to contact you.
4) Three (3) of our photo project managers will review your website and images. After the review is completed we will all decide if the body of work is in keeping with our mission, vision and professional standards. Not all submissions are accepted.
5) We will set up a time to talk to you via the phone or in person before an invitation will be extedned.
6) Once the invitation is extended, we will email your website and biographical information to all of the photographers introducing you to them. Also, upon request we send you some model contacts if you wish to work with one of the models that has shot with us.
7) Note: All models that you work with are required to sign a standard model's release prior to their
     shoot date, they must interview with Ms. Heart and the photographer(s) prior to the photo session.

The Bay Area Women of Color Photo Project is a volunteer based fine arts & elegant fetish photo project started by Heart and founding photographer Andrew Morgan, Photo Project Manager. Contact us if you are interested in uploading these images to promote our project, interested in purchasing other photos from our photographers for publication reprint. We do not provide stock photography that promote other organizations.   All images are Copyrighted.
